HOST Emergency Housing Scholarships for College Students

RULES OF ENTRY

1. Must be a full-time (12 Units) college student in good standing. Proof is required.

2. Must be food and/or housing insecure.

3. Applicants must write a letter (250 words minimum) explaining his or her emergency.

4. Letter must be emailed to info@thecatholichost.org

5. Candidates must go thru face-to-face interview and agree to follow up phone interviews.

6. Scholarships will be awarded throughout the semester when funds are available.

SCHOLARSHIPS

1. $250 scholarships will be awarded to students selected by HOST’s scholarship committee.

2. Under special circumstances, multiple scholarships may be awarded to the same student.

3. All recipients agree to have their stories published by HOST as testimonials or shared with possible donors. Efforts will be made to keep student’s last name confidential.
